We suggest several ways to prevent foggy glasses.
- Try to improve the fit of your mask as much as possible.
- Pull your mask higher on your face and use the weight of your glasses on top of the mask to block the flow of air.
- Use a commercial anti-fog wipe or spray on the market.

A disposable gown is designed for single use. If any type of fluid has soiled it, an object has penetrated the material, or if there is any type of abrasion on the gown, you should replace it.
It depends. Non-medical face masks or face coverings are recommended according to Health Canada, they should be made of at least two layers of tightly-woven material fabric, such as cotton or linen. The non-medical masks or face covering should allow for easy breathing; be comfortable and not require frequent adjustment and be large enough to comfortably cover the nose and mouth without gaping. Unlike medical masks, homemade masks don’t require any standards approval. The filter performance of a disposable medical mask is mainly determined by the filter material in the middle layer which is called melt-blown non-woven fabric made of non-woven polypropylene and varies from one mask type to another.
There can be. One risk is wearing masks for extended periods without properly disposing of them. Another big risk with all kinds of face masks is self-contamination — that is, if you adjust your mask with dirty hands. Good hand hygiene and not touching your face is key when wearing masks, especially when taking them on and off.
The material of these disposable medical masks named polypropylene ultrafine fibers is not considered recyclable.
We suggest that the mask waste at home should be placed in a bag to avoid secondary pollution and use alcohol spray to sterilize the bag and seal it before discarding it.
